Getting to Cape Schanck

RACV Cape Schanck is located approximately 100 kilometres from Melbourne Airport and can be
accessed by car, public transport or shuttle service.

Drive

Cape Schanck is a pleasant 107 kilometres drive along the freeway, and will take you approximately 90 minutes from Melbourne Airport. There are numerous opportunities to stop along the way and take in some of coastal-Victoria's scenic sites including award-winning wineries and restaurants, or visit quaint seaside towns and hillside villages including: Red Hill, Flinders, Sorrento, and Portsea.

Melbourne Airport Shuttle Service

Skybus offers the Peninsula Service, running regularly from Melbourne Airport to the Mornington Peninsula - for more information visit skybus.com.au/peninsula-express.

Public Transport

Take the Metro Frankston trainline from Melbourne CBD stations (Southern Cross, Flagstaff, Parliament, Flinders Street) to Frankston Station, then take a regional bus service - visit ptv.vic.gov.au to plan your journey.

CBD to Cape Schanck Shuttle

We will be offering a return shuttle service from a Melbourne CBD pick up point direct to RACV Cape Schanck, departing as follows:

Melbourne to Cape Schanck, Return

  • Departing Thursday 21 November - PM service (Time TBA)
  • Returning Sunday 24 November - departing after close of program

Return Ticket: $55 Inc. GST
